Bioclimatic Construction
- Natural ventilation : Our villas are designed with through openings to promote natural ventilation.
- Natural air conditioning : We use walls of water to cool the villas, thus limiting the use of air conditioners.
- Environmental integration Satrana leaves are used to integrate our villas harmoniously into their environment and protect the Satrana trees in ANTSOHY, supporting the local green economy.
- Eco-friendly lighting : The entire residence is equipped with LED lighting, reducing our energy consumption.
- Valorization of local and natural materials : We favor the use of local stone and precious woods, valorizing the craftsmanship of Malagasy artisans.

Community commitments
- Local Purchasing We buy all our fish from local fishermen, saving them long journeys to sell their catch and providing fresh meals for our restaurant and employee canteen. Whenever possible, we also give priority to local producers and service providers in our sourcing, in order to contribute to local and national economic development.
- Hiring locally : Our janitors, gardeners and other workers are mainly recruited locally.
- Free training We offer free training in the hotel and construction trades for trainees and recent graduates.
- Sports activities We organize sports courses for local children.
Ecological initiatives
- Permaculture We are developing permaculture to reduce our dependence on external supplies and improve local food security through product diversification and accessibility. Training in market gardening is provided by our agricultural engineer to local farmers.
- Reforestation : We organize mangrove reforestation sessions in collaboration with the local population and have planted and maintained 10,000 trees since 2015 on our 50-hectare estate.
- Solar Energy Our 90 solar panels are in full operation, contributing to our energy self-sufficiency.
- Water supply We have connected several isolated villages to drinking water sources.
- Our customers' commitment : starting from the booking process, we're keen to make our guests aware of the need to use energy sparingly by specifying this in our terms and conditions of sale. A number of materials are available in the villa to explain our approach to more responsible tourism.
Supporting Vulnerable Populations
- Food and Clothing Donations We help the most vulnerable people, the elderly and children in the villages of our district, with regular donations. Depending on the situation and the availability of funds.
- Educational Support We support local schools and have built new classrooms. Furniture donations from our carpentry shop. We buy all the school kits every year. We pay the salaries of some teachers.
- Access to education To help as many children as possible in Nosy Be through sponsorship or the payment of school fees.
- sustainable outing To enable our guests to get to know and share in the life of neighboring villages. With the aim of awakening our guests to the reality of human beings and the importance of getting back to the basics of life. The income generated by this outing is donated to the villagers.
