We have a total of 22 villas on a domain that extends up to 10ha. Our small structure allows us to offer you dedicated and personalized attention to make you feel at home.

Choose from 3 types of accommodation, from 2 to 5 bedrooms. All are luxurious, with a magnificent view of Nosy Be beach, fully equipped kitchen, living room, private bathroom and terrace.

What sets them apart is their location. Choose from waterfront or elevated categories with panoramic views, private pool or shared pool. 

Your choice will depend solely on your budget and the number of rooms you require.

We can't speak of competition as such, because our offer combining the privatization and autonomy of a vacation rental with the benefits of a standard 4-star hotel is unique to Nosy Be.

We can arrange your transfer from the hotel to the airport or vice versa, depending on your requirements. Please inform us in advance of your arrival or departure times, with your flight details, or your destination, so that we can make the best possible arrangements to accompany you.

Several activities are available within the hotel itself. We have a SPA under a thousand-year-old banyan tree to recharge your batteries, a games room, billiards, children's playground, library, etc.

Moreover, Home The Résidence is part of the Nosy Be Original family who will be able to make you discover all the activities in Nosy Be and its surroundings: canoeing, horse riding, visit of the parks and the surrounding archipelagos, diving, etc.

Our restaurant is called Tropikaly Beach. It overlooks the sea and has a large infinity pool.
