Our reservations are available for a minimum stay of three nights. To confirm your stay, a 30% deposit
is required before the option end date indicated on your proforma. This deposit is non-refundable in
the event of cancellation and cannot be carried over to other services or dates, except in cases of
force majeure. The balance can be paid at any time, prior to or upon arrival.

We always try to be flexible with booking changes, whenever possible and at the discretion of
management, particularly during periods of low occupancy. In cases of proven force majeure
(natural disasters, serious medical emergencies with supporting documentation, government
restrictions), a one-time credit may be considered for a future stay, at the discretion of management.

Your villa will be available from 2:00 PM and must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
In case of early arrival or late departure, please let us know so we can offer you a suitable solution
based on availability.

Upon your arrival, we will take a moment to complete the mandatory police form, assist you in
exploring your villa, and provide you with all the information you need for your stay.
A €500 security deposit (payable by cash, check, or credit card imprint), as well as an inventory
checklist to be signed upon arrival, will be required to cover any potential incidents. This deposit will
be returned at the end of your stay if no damage is noted.

Home The Residence is a peaceful setting, shared between several villas. Respecting the serenity of
each guest is essential to the experience we aim to offer. We thank you for ensuring a harmonious
and respectful use of the premises.
A welcome document will be provided detailing the hotel's internal regulations, as well as all the
information and contact details you will need for a worry-free stay.

An account will be opened upon arrival for all your supplements and consumptions during your stay.
These will be recorded and paid for in one installment at the end of your stay.
In the meantime, please simply sign your consumptions to confirm that you have validated and
verified them with the appropriate service

In accordance with Malagasy law and our values, we remind you that: Sex tourism and child
exploitation are strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in prosecution and immediate expulsion
from the Residence, without a refund.
